Microsoft chief calls on humans to rule AI, protect critical infrastructure

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Microsoft President Brad Smith urged lawmakers to ensure that safety brakes are put on AI used to control the electric grid, water supply, and other crucial infrastructure, and he called for the creators of AI to be held accountable for flaws.
